Community Access Centres are opening across Trinidad & Tobago to provide all citizens access to computers, the World Wide Web, and related learning programs within your own community.

As a program sponsored by the national government to help raise computer literacy in T&T to 50 per cent by 2008, many of our services are FREE to the public and may be in high demand.

We therefore ask that you abide by certain policies to ensure all users have a fair, friendly and welcoming experience.
